    Do you require a table and chairs for your stand? YES/NO – If yes, please specify number and size of table(s) – Large 2mx1m or Small 1mx1.2m and number of chairs required, including choice of chair, high stool or bar stool.

    Will you be sending deliveries to the venue in preparation for this event? YES/NO – if yes, please provide delivery/courier company and registration number, plus number of boxes/items that will be delivered. This information can be changed at a later date, but please note that only deliveries that have provided the correct details will be allowed on site.

    Will you be requesting a letter to support a visa application to attend this event?

    One registration per box/stand required.
    Allocation of boxes/stands will be made as of the previous year. Any specific requests will be made if possible. A contract will be issued once the form is submitted.
