In order to protect, visitors, exhibitors and staff, the BFM will ensure that BFM London Fabric Show 2022 will adhere to all appropriate guidance and protocols in place at the time of the show. Before Arriving to the show

We will need to see proof of COVID-19 status for entry to BFM Show 2022. This can be in the form of ONE of the following:

  • Proof of completion of a full course of COVID-19 vaccination two weeks prior to arrival, either through the NHS App (UK residents) or through your  UK Vaccination Record Card or the country where you were vaccinated.
  • Proof of a negative Lateral Flow Test result taken within 24 hours of arrival.  The test result should be reported via your NHS app or via email or text message from the NHS.
  • Proof of a negative PCR Test result taken within 24 hours of arrival through the NHS App or your PCR test provider.

Please note: if your proof of COVID-19 status is a Lateral Flow Test these must be carried out before arrival at the venue and be taken each day before entering the venue/exhibition hall. The test results should be reported via your NHS app, or via email or text message from the NHS.

Social distancing

Our visitor capacity is carefully controlled, so you should never feel too crowded inside the experience.

Face coverings

We ask that all customers please wear a face mask when entering the premises. All our staff are also required to wear face masks to ensure their own safety & the safety of our customers.

Hand sanitizer stations

Hand sanitiser will be available, at regular intervals, for you to use. Please use them as frequently as they feel necessary.
